Reservation Terms and Conditions

TOUR PRICES

The tour price quoted includes round trip transfer from/to Kata, Karon, Patong, Kamala, Surin and Bangtao beaches. (please see Extra Charge For Transfer of different locations), protective gears, raincoat, lockers-only in Phuket, drinking-water, fruits in season, accidental insurance (light-sandwiches will be served for 3 hours program and lunch will be included for 3 hours program plus whitewater rafting).

EXTRA CHARGE FOR TRANSFERS

1. Cost of transfer at Baht 600 (1-4 paxs) and Baht 1,000 (5-10 paxs) will be charged for those who stay at the following locations; Cape Panwa, Chalong, Rawaii, Nai Harn beaches, Layan, Nai Torn, Nai Yaang and Mai Khao beaches
2. Cost of transfer at Baht 2,000 (1-4 paxs) and Baht 3,000 (5-10 paxs) for those who stay in Khao Lak area - Phang Nga..
3. Cost of transfer out at Baht 200 per pax will be charged for those who join 1 hour tour program and want to go back after the tour.
4. Cost of transfer THB 300 per pax will be charged for, those who joined transfer but not ATV tour, escorter. (none-rider, none-passenger)

PROGRAM CHANGES

Program can be changed without prior notice.

EXCHANGE VOUCHER

After reservations and payments are made, you are required to print Tour Orders (Vouchers) from our booking system (or via e-mail) which serves as form of payment for the services.

PAYMENT

A full or half of total payment amount by credit card is required at the time when tour reservation is made.

CANCELLATION

All ATV tour programs are designed for rainy-sunny days if you mind for wetness or rain please reconsider before making reservation.
- 30 days before tour date = Fully refundable
- 20 days before tour date = 75% refundable
- 15 days before tour date = 50% refundable
- Less than 15 days before tour date = Non refundable

REFUNDS

All refunds are subject to administration fee of 5% the total booking value or a 500.00 THB minimum charge. (whichever is greater)
After commencement of travel no refund, either in full or in part, will be given for unutilized services included in the program. Claims involving refunds require supporting evidence of cancellation and customers are required to inform in writing 7 days after tour end.

INSURANCE

Accidental insurance covers only riders and passengers and automatically uncovered for all risky riding.
There is no insurance for ATVs; participants are required to pay for all the damages of the use of ATVs due to rider’s carelessness and recklessness or violation of the rules and regulations.

Illustrations are intended to set the mood for each tour destination and may not present actual views as seen on a specific tour. All fares and prices quoted in www.ATVphuket.com are correct at the time of publishing. Such fares, prices and international rates of exchange are subject to change, which in turn may affect tour prices quoted. Regardless of a deposit or full payment having been made, any increase in the tour price must also be paid by the tour member. If such increase is unacceptable, the tour member retains the right to cancel his/her booking. However, attention is drawn to the possibility that some cancellation charges may be imposed covering Phuket ATV Tour Co., Ltd. cancellation cost.

GOVERNING LAWS

This Agreement and its performance shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand and any dispute concerning it or its interpretation shall be adjudicated in that jurisdiction.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

Additional terms and conditions may apply to reservations, and other uses of portions of this site, and you agree to abide by such other terms and conditions.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This User Agreement, together with any terms and conditions incorporated or referred to herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Phuket ATV Tour Co., Ltd. relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified except in writing or by making such amendments or modifications available on this site.
